Mary Stelletello brings 25 years experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors to her coaching and consulting work. As the founder of Vista Global Coaching & Consulting, Mary offers consulting services in leadership development, governance, strategy development, strategic partnerships, facilitation & training and organizational capacity building.
Mary is an ACC credentialed coach by the International Coach Federation and an Associate Coach with The Ken Blanchard Companies. She uses these skills with nonprofit executives, board leaders and management staff to strengthen their abilities and skills to guide organizations to excellence.
Mary is known for her depth of experience “walking in the shoes” of CEOs and board leaders and working in networks. She brings a dedication to social impact, a can-do attitude and commitment to partnering with clients to deliver high quality, on-time, extraordinary results. Prior to founding Vista Global, Mary was a Senior Associate with La Piana Consulting, a national management consulting firm. Clients included The Sierra Club, ACLU, League of Women Voters of CA, AARP, NAACP and The Hawaii Community Foundation.
Mary conducted learning communities for executive directors and emerging leaders and facilitated capacity building workshops for nonprofit leaders in the areas of strategic planning, governance and program impact. Mary is experienced in customizing trainings to respond to the needs of clients, whether that is being culturally competent in Hawaii or North Dakota or addressing the needs of grassroots organizations or national and international organizations with $75 million budgets.
Mary’s work has led her on paths from the rural areas of Hawaii to the cities of Macedonia and South Africa. She has worked with community-based organizations, multi-national corporations and United States Congressional members. These experiences have shaped her lens on the world and the work that she does.
